On January 19th we celebrated nine graduates from the 2022 school year. It was a special night of celebration and praise to God.

New Student Assessments Starting Soon
A new year brings new opportunities. New student intake assessments will be held on January 11th and 18th. GED classes begin on January 24th and are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-2:00pm.

A wonderful ending to a great week!
We may have caught Jacob with his eyes closed for this picture, but we are still going to celebrate and share with you about a wonderful ending to The Learning Center's week. Jacob passed his first section of the GED (Language Arts). Jacob has overcome many obstacles to get to this point and we all couldn't be happier for him. Jacob also passed his practice social studies test today so please pray for him as he studies and prepares to take this test next.

Happy Thanksgiving! We have so much to reflect on and to be thankful for. We are thankful for each of our students who walk through the doors at The Learning Center. You bless us with your attendance. We are also so very thankful for each of our volunteers and how you pour love and knowledge into the students.

Destini earned her GED last week when she passed her final section of the test. Destini said she was thankful for her instructors who gave her the confidence to keep moving forward in her classes. Destini plans to apply to college and work in the graphic design field. Congratulations, Destini!

Today is International Student's Day. Here at The Learning Center we have many students who are from all over the world. A few of the countries represented here are Mexico, Kenya, Morocco, Pakistan, Argentina, Nicaragua, and Zimbabwe. We celebrate each of you!
