Who We Are
The Learning Center is a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to transforming lives and building a community of hope through education. We offer courses for adults (19 and older) who want to get their GED. Our programs range from reading lessons to GED classes.
What We Do
Volunteer teachers from Dawson teach free GED classes for math, science, social studies, and language arts as well as Bible study and computer skills.

Spring and Fall: Tues. and Thurs. - 9:00am-2:00pm
Summer: Tues., Wed., and Thurs. - 9:00am-12:00pm

Note: if you're riding the bus, we are on the 14 Idlewild Palisades line. Get off at Greensprings Highway and O'Reilly Auto Parts exit and we are in the Green Springs Plaza, to the right of O'Reilly Auto Parts. We are on the far end, behind Taco La Tia Paisa (the bright green restaurant).
