Who We Are
The Learning Center is a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to transforming lives and building a community of hope through education. We offer courses for adults (19 and older) who want to get their GED. Our programs range from reading lessons to GED classes.
When We Teach
GED classes are offered over 12-week semesters in the fall and spring with mini-terms in between to help keep students involved and learning throughout the year. Classes for the regular 12-week terms are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Lunch is provided to all students every day.

Note: if you're riding the bus, we are on the 14 Idlewild Palisades line. Get off at Greensprings Highway and O'Reilly Auto Parts exit and we are in the Green Springs Plaza, to the right of O'Reilly Auto Parts. We are on the far end, behind Taco La Tia Paisa (the bright green restaurant).
